Quick one here. That portfolio I have been obsessing over for the last year and a half? Well, I finally got some stuff done for it and submitted it around Halloween...and I have been accepted into the university's art department! This is excellent. I have been crying over not taking any art classes for a while and have also been dying to draw more and get more good pieces under my belt. So, I thought I'd share this with you all. Thank you for your feedback and support and love and all of that good stuff over time!

Okay guys, big chunk of news coming up. I'm submitting a portfolio for review so that I can take more advanced (and less art history) classes for my art minor. The maximum is ten pieces, with a potential for 15 pieces TOTAL if five of those pieces are close-ups revealing detail for some work. The first deadline coming up is the last week in March, so I need some help here! I want you guys to tell me what YOU think I should put in the portfolio, and what I should change about existing pieces that might make them better candidates for the entry (note, those changes can't exactly be drastic. I just finished going through my entire gallery and getting rid of/cleaning things out, and moving those memorable things to my scrapbook because they have too much lolz to remove at all. Anyway, I'm cracking down hard on my art. It's gonna be intenso.
